What is the minimum number of boxes for onsite shredding?

There is no minimum. No job is too small for us to do; but the minimum charge applies per visit.

Do I have to remove the staples, fasteners and clips?

No. Small fasteners, staples and small paper clips are just fine to leave on.

Do You Pick Up Documents?

Yes, we can pickup documents from a residential or business location of your choosing.

What About binder clips?

We only recommend removal of larger binder clips

Do You shred X-ray Film?

No. However, we may pick them up and send them to a place where they can be safely shredded and disposed off

What Forms of Payment Do you accept?

We can accept cash or check or all major credit cards.

Can I Drop off papers at your office?

Yes. We encourage you to call prior to coming so that we can make suitable arrangements to receive your papers

Do you provide Secure storage containers?

Yes. We supply lockable consoles and containers free of charge and provide purge services upon request.

What are community events?

These are events that take place at certain locations on certain days of the month. Shredding services are available at a discounted rate during those times.

Why Can't you shred x-ray film?

X-ray films need to be separated from other paper documents and taken separately for specialized recycling due to their hazardous condition.

What do you do with the shredded paper?

All shredded paper is taken to a recycling location where it is eventually processed for production of recycled paper contributing to the environmental conservation efforts.

Can I see an verify that all documents were destroyed properly?

Yes. Our truck is equipped with a video monitor where you can see all the paper shredding process live on the screen.

Are you bonded, insured or are a member of any major commerce body?

Yes. We are bonded and insured. We are in compliance with all state and Federal laws governing document destruction, identity protection and recycling services. We are members of Better Business Bureau (BBB), Westchester Chamber of Commerce.
